View all 12 ReflectionsStill thinking of James Brennan, my fathers great uncle and my great great uncle. Still talk about him to this day. My granddad, Pat Brennan (James' nephew) was from Glenamaddy, county Galway, where James' family originated, the original Brennans. My family still live in Galway, and my father, Michael Brennan retains the family farm in Glenamaddy till this day.

Niamh Brennan.
