I will forever remember our days together growing up in Mariemont. Oh, the stories we could tell. I watched you follow in the footsteps of your father in your decision to join the Marines and it inspired me to follow in my military service. Life led us in different directions until it brought us back together at the Sheriff’s Office. You mentored me there and I appreciate everything you did to help me achieve my law enforcement successes. I am honored to have been your friend and colleague.

You were an honorable man with a lifetime of dedicated service and I, among many others, will forever hold onto your memory.

These officers are there to help, serve & protect which they do everyday they put the uniform on!
Now this officers children do not have their father and as a mother who lost her 24 year old son , it never gives you a right to take someone else’s life in retaliation .

Special Deputy Henderson took the call to stand between us and danger. For that I am eternally Grateful. I regret I never got to tell him so personally. Such a senseless tragedy.
